A fix for a leaking chimney showed problems with my roof, including bad slates and rotten battens and fascia. I appreciated Tom explaining problems they found and showed photos/video they had taken from the roof. Tom explained different options available for my situation well, then carried out the necessary work across the full roof. Work was carried out in good time. Communication during the job was good, but outside of the job it was slow (arranging start date, sharing final completion photos). I'm disappointed by the rubble left inside of the attic, but all outside areas were left clear and tidy at the end of the job.

We recently had uPVC fascia, soffits, and guttering installed by T&J Rooflines and were extremely impressed with the quality of work and service provided. The installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with minimal disruption to our daily activities. The uPVC materials used are durable and well-finished, and the team's attention to detail was evident throughout the project. The price was competitive and the communication throughout was excellent. We would highly recommend T&J Rooflines for their expertise in uPVC roofing solutions.

Thomas and his brother came out the same day (within 10mins) to look at my leaking roof. He soon confirmed my suspicions that the flashing had failed on the roof and hadn't been put on properly in the first place as the roof was only 5 years old (put on before I bought the house) he also spotted that the ridge tiles hadn't been installed correctly and were just loose and able to be lifted up. He came the next day to carry out the work on time and did a great job. Very pleasant and professional lads and a credit to the business. Would Recommend.

Tom and his team were professional, polite and punctual (arriving when they said they would be). The work done was well organised, scaffolding and materials delivered promptly which enabled the job to be completed much quicker than we anticipated. The team were friendly and extremely hardworking (rarely stopping for tea/lunch/phone breaks). The cleaning up was done at the end of each work session. Tom was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. We are very happy with the completed job which we considered to be reasonably priced.
